Today I had an enjoyable ride with my wife on KKKL bus to KL. The bus captain Jeff did a comprehensive briefing at Bugis pickup point after after all the passengers had boarded. The briefing covered a lot of important things, especially immigration requirements, which, if not done properly, will leave the affected passenger stranded at the checkpoint. He also said he will drop us off at the nearest public convenience if nature calls are urgent. I have not heard of this service from other drivers before. The ride was very smooth and the bus was clean without any weird smells. Thank you, Jeff, for your great service and dedication to your job. We are blessed to have you take care of us on this trip.

Tour guide Mary provided excellent guidance on board the bus journeys. She went out of her way and coordinated with the bus driver, Zul, to pick up my family when we got out at the incorrect exit at JB after we left Singapore. Kudos to both of them otherwise we would have been stranded at the start of our trip! Both of them were also accommodating in waiting for other passengers when they were delayed to board the bus in Malaysia to return to Singapore. If you are traveling with KKKL, you will be safe, comfortable and well taken care of!
