-Linh ung Pagoda is the most important Pagoda in Danang for Buddhist come and pray. Beside that, Linh Ung Pagoda is a popular tourist place in Danang. -The spiritual site is built on 12 hectares land on the South-East side of the Son Tra Peninsula with stunning views and romantic sunsets. -One of the main attractions to see is the 67m Lady Buddha or Goddess of Mercy statue watching over the local fishermen at sea.
This small but important museum contains the world’s largest collection of Cham artefacts, housed in buildings marrying French-colonial architecture with Cham elements. Visitors will have the opportunity to contemplate more than 400 artifacts on display, including National Treasures and others representing the masterpieces of Champa sculpture in ten centuries (from 5th to 15th).
Han Market is a significant landmark in Da Nang, having been in operation since the French occupancy in the 1940s. This local market is set within a two-storey building at the grand intersection of Tran Phu Street, Bach Dang Street, Hung Vuong Street and Tran Hung Dao Street, where you can find hundreds of stalls selling an array of local produce, handicrafts, T-shirts, and accessories. It’s very much like a miniature version of Ben Tanh Market central market in Ho Chi Minh City, and even if you aren’t necessarily looking to buy anything it still offers a fascinating glimpse into local life in Da Nang.
07:30am Driver and guide pick you up from your hotel, visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) Marble Mountain is a complex consisting of Kim (Iron Mountain), Mộc (Wood Mountain), Thủy (Water Mountain), Hỏa (Fire Mountain), Thổ (Earth Mountain) symbolizing for 5 main elements of the universe in Asia Culture. You will discover the mysterious beauty of caves combining the sacred atmosphere of Buddhism. Visiting Tam Thai Pagoda, Linh Ung Pagoda You will admire the masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skillful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc village at the foot of the mountain. 08h30am: We visit Linh Ung pagoda - the most important pagoda in Danang for the Buddhist people to come and pray. 12:00pm We drive across Thuan Phuoc Bridge, one of the bridge of Viet Nam. From here, you will have a great view over Han river Bridge, before arriving to visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture. Have lunch of local food in the restaurant. 13:00pm: Visit Han market- the most famous marker of Da Nang, opened from the French colonial times. There are plenty of local things to buy such as half dried cutlet fish, sesame cakes, clothes… 14:00pm: Transfer back to your hotel. End of services. Goodbye and see you again! |
