For pick up and activity locations outside of KL city areas, an additional surcharge will be incurred (to be confirmed by operator)

Important Note: The tickets are dated for a specific timeslot, please be punctual for pickup and entry or you will risk being denied entry to the Petronas Twin Towers
Children aged 0-2 enter free of charge
Children have to be accompanied by an adult at all times
Child Age: 3-12
A valid passport or identity card must be presented at the security checkpoint
No food and drinks are allowed during the visit
Smoking inside the PETRONAS Twin Towers is strictly prohibited
Photography equipment such as tripods, monopods or anything similar are not allowed
All visitors, baggage and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security check point
Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
